Kendrick Lamar turns 34 today.
In honor of his birthday, Baby Keem is paying tribute to his favorite cousin. The "Durag Activity" rapper serenaded his mentor with a special song that includes some explicit lyrics that he probably won't be singing at a family function.

"Happy birthday, bitch / I got a gift for you, it's my dick," sings Keem in the clip before adding, "Make a wish, make a wish."
In his caption, he added, "happy birthday my ni**a, I got song for you my ni**a @kendricklamar."

In an interview with Apple Music, Keem spoke about his tight-knit bond with Kendrick, saying it "goes beyond music." "Whenever I need anything regarding, like, life, and if I need some wisdom, then that's who I go to," he said. "That's one of the first people I look towards, him and Dave Free."
Keem is signed to pgLang, the company started by Kendrick and Free. "I've seen pgLang before it was even an idea that came to fruition," he told Kendrick in a 2020 interview with i-D magazine. "It's sticking to and believing in something, even when you don't know how it will be created, and it starts out as just a small idea. I believed in it, and I stuck to it and now everything is paying off. So I've seen it from when there was no idea, to now. So to me, pgLang represents loyalty and trust."
Baby Keem is now readying his debut album, The Melodic Blue, featuring the single "Durag Activity" with Travis Scott.
